Position Title: Material Handler - Aerospace

Schedule: Morning to Afternoon, Monday to Friday
Job Description: The Material Handler at Honeywell Aerospace is responsible for efficiently handling materials within a warehouse or storage facility. This role involves loading and unloading materials using various equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, etc., to move items to and from aircraft, trucks, trains, and within the storage facility itself. The Material Handler is expected to adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in material handling or a related field.
• Familiarity with common practices and procedures within the aerospace industry.
• Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines accurately.
• Works well under immediate supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
Responsibilities:
• Load and unload materials using appropriate handling equipment.
• Move materials to and from aircraft, trucks, trains, and within the storage facility.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Follow instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors or managers.
• Perform assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
