Endeavor Energy Resources is Hiring an Engineering Intern Near Midland, TX

Engineering internships provide opportunities to learn and apply engineering principles and are utilized to evaluate the candidates' potential as possible future, full-time employees. Interns will be matched to one of the following Upstream disciplines including, Reservoir, Production, Drilling, Completions, Facilities, and Project Engineering. The work will develop intern both technically and professionally and could involve personal interaction with various technology groups and business units. Assignments will be in Midland, Texas. The length of our internships varies from 10 to 14 weeks based on the project and the Intern’s availability. Job performance will be reviewed periodically throughout and appraised at the end of the internships and a mentor, typically a more senior employee, will be assigned to each intern. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Legally authorized to work in the United States Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering A minimum of ten (10) continuous weeks availability for internship Current level at university: Junior or Senior Willing to work directly in Midland, TX for the duration of the internship Minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous internships or co-op’s in an energy or natural resources related field Ability to use data and database management software Ability to develop strong relationships and seek opportunities to collaborate across the organization to achieve business goals Candidates for this position must be a U.S. citizen or national, or an alien admitted as a permanent resident, refugee, asylee or temporary resident under 8 U.S.C. 1160(a) or 1255(a) (1).
