We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Permanent Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic medical team. This is a full-time position with no weekend shifts, offering a competitive salary and benefits package. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.
Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical histories
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMR and EPIC EMR systems
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in either ambulatory, inpatient, and outpatient settings
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) and EPIC EMR systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
• Knowledge of EHR systems and HIPAA regulations
• BLS and ACLS certification preferred
