I. Summary

The Property Manager Associate is responsible for providing landscaping services and basic maintenance duties as needed to the corporate office and surrounding facilities. Duties include painting, power washing, and other season-related responsibilities. This career requires prior landscaping experience, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

II. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Maintains and ensures overall improvements to physical properties of EMR.

* Responsible for all landscaping upkeep such as planting, mulching, and debris removal.

* During seasonal months will be responsible for shoveling of snow, removing ice, and ensuring areas are cleared.

* Maintains building repair and upkeep including painting, power-washing.

* Responsible for maintenance of all grounds equipment.

* Other job duties as assigned.

III. REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE

* High School diploma or GED equivalent.

* Prior experience operating landscaping equipment, snow removal equipment and other simple machines.

* Valid driver's license.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

IV. Physical Demands and Work Environment

Work is generally performed throughout our Camden, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, and Delaware locations. Working hours may vary and evening or weekend work may be required. You may be required to stand long periods of time. You may be required to lift and carry light weights. You employee may be working near moving mechanical parts and will be in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to cold, wet and/or humid conditions
