At Inspire Horizons, we're not your typical therapy center. We’re a multi-disciplinary team that brings together experts in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to unlock possabilities and enrich lives. No corporate vibes – just real passionate humans striving to make a difference.
You’ll break down barriers for children typically ages 1 – 10 with developmental delays and disabilities at our centers. All our Speech Language Pathologists support each other day-to-day at one of our centers.
About Inspire Horizons:
The clinician founders of The Therapy Group of Tucson and North Valley Pediatric Therapy realized that they could reach more families and provide more employee support by working together and have been doing so for many years. They also knew they reached a point in their journey’s where they needed to lean on a new leadership team for their next chapter. The new leadership team created the Inspire Horizons in late 2023 to unify clinical and administrative best practices across both organizations.
Wondering what it's like as a part-time Speech Language Pathologist at Inspire Horizons?

• Flexible schedule options: You can commit anywhere between 16 – 25hrs/week; we do need a 6-month commitment for this contract. Mix and match among any of the options below.
  • Multiple shift options:
    • Morning shift: 7AM – 11AM PT (4 hrs)
    • Afternoon shift: 230PM – 630PM PT (4 hrs)
    • Full-day shift: 7AM – 6PM PT (10 hrs)
  • Benefits of a full-day shift - Doc time: We don’t believe in back-to-back sessions all day long. You’ll have documentation time every morning and afternoon every day. The entire center shuts down during these times; everyone can lean on each other and ask questions.
• Collaborative Commitment: You’re welcome to stop by any of these moments.
  • Clinical collaboration: We come together in small groups with every therapy discipline represented to review and collaborate on a patient we’re seeing to improve the approach of care.
  • Lunch and learns: We host sessions for either our current clinicians to present research or an approach they’re passionate about to the Inspire team. We also host guest speakers who specialize in topics that our therapist vote on
  • Innovation time: We empower many team members to work on ideas that they are passionate about. Some of them take off, and we enable them to do the idea part-time or even full-time instead of treating.
• We're Just Good People: Simply said - we are not jerks; Plus, we like to sprinkle in unexpected fun along the way!
• No Cold Plunge: We take a crawl, walk, run approach so you can take the time to learn the role and our vibe.
