Duties:
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
- Helps foster and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provides excellent customer service including building relations with customers and working with customer needs and demands.
- Manage current customer base to retain sales.
- Complete sales calls to ensure revenue growth/stability.
- Maintain working relationships with various community contacts.
- Customer liaison from start to finish on all jobs.
- Price, budget, and maintain profit within the Screen Print department.
- Product ordering and monitor inventory efficiency.
- Analyze production schedules to ensure jobs are completed on time and with accuracy.
- Balance workload of artwork and printing schedule.
- Supervise the Graphic Artist and their job duties.
- Run the screen print/embroidery operation.
- Follows HIPAA, and confidentiality, and all other Empowering Abilities policies and procedures.
- Ability to meet and deal with customers and maintain effective working relations with the public and staff members.
- Ability to promote a positive image when dealing with the public.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Ability to plan, organize and direct the work of others.
- Ability to use a computer to navigate and enter information into web-based software and perform basic functions related to computer use. (i.e. keyboarding, email, excel)
- Ability to multitask with various jobs at once.
- Ability to lift equipment in excess of 50lbs using proper lifting technique.
- High School diploma or GED;
- Prefer 2 years minimum of direct sales experience and/or screen print experience.
