Job Description:

Pride Health is hiring for a MRI Tech to support our client’s medical facility based in Atlanta, GA. This is a 10-week contract opportunity, with the possibility for extension, and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct MRI scans on patients according to physician orders, utilizing advanced imaging technology and techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures by providing clear instructions, monitoring vital signs, and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Maintain equipment functionality by performing regular quality control checks, troubleshooting technical issues, and reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review imaging results, identify abnormalities, and assist in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulatory standards, including proper use of contrast agents, radiation protection measures, and infection control practices.
• Document procedures, patient information, and imaging findings accurately in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications:

ARRT certified MRI

2 years' experience in like setting

Experience with Siemens equipment, specifically on 1.5T Siemens scanner and 3T Siemens scanner.

Additional Information:

Location: Atlanta, GA

Schedule: Shift M-F, 7a-3:30p

Pay Range: $60-$65/hr

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
