Mavi is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Westwood, New Jersey.
Responsibilities :
- Gathering orders from sale representatives and supporting the process with the warehouse for all channels,
- Answering all order related questions of customers, and handle any order related problems,
- Preparing booking reports and sold reports by region in a weekly basis,
- Following up and delivering the employee’s orders,
- Preparing daily shipment reports,
- Supporting dropship process for all department stores and make sure all inventories and tracking information are up-to-date,
- Supporting return process for all related orders,
- Working closely with sales representatives to supporting the order process.
Required qualifications and skills :
- University graduation from relevant departments,
- At least 1 year experience in a relevant position,
- Advance level knowledge in MS Office,
- High level of follow-up skills,
- High level of communication skills,
- Being a team player.
