Emerald Search Partners is assisting a regional senior living firm in their search for an experienced Legal/Administrative Assistant to join their office in Bellevue (4264). This role is in-house, part-time on the east side. Qualified candidates will have relevant experience as a legal assistant in real estate and/or corporate law. The essential functions of this job include but are not limited to:

• Providing support in closings of complex financing and sale transactions
• Document/file management
• Calendaring 
• Maintaining annual lender compliance records
• Administrative tasks

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects, take initiative, and consistently meet deliverables.
