This is a full-time Litigation Associate Attorney role based in Seattle, WA with flexibility for some remote work. As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to civil litigation defense. This includes preparing and filing legal documents, conducting legal research, participating in court hearings, attending trials, and taking depositions. The role also involves working closely with clients, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals. Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Law, including civil litigation defense
  • Experience in drafting and arguing Motions in court
  • Familiarity with courtroom procedures and handling Trials
  • Ability to conduct Depositions and interview witnesses
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Admission to the State Bar association
  • Prior experience in construction defect and casualty claims is a plus
