Job Description:
We are is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Entry Level Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and interacting with our online community. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing.
Pay Range:
$1050 - $1450 per week
Responsibilities:

• Manage and update Brightwave Solutions' social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, video) that promotes our products and services
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies and campaigns
• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Assist in other marketing and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
