**IT Support Specialist**

Our IT team is more than just operational support - they play a key role in the day to day functioning of our programs so that our team can provide exceptional care to the clients we serve. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday | 10:00am to 6:30pm MST

**Location:** Colorado Springs, Colorado (Multi-Site)

**Compensation:** $40,000 Annual Salary

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Act as the initial point of contact for staff and clients with computer and systems related concerns

* Carry out assessments to determine the need for changes in hardware/software configurations

* Troubleshoot technical issues

* Set up new laptops and tech for new employees and deploy them to the appropriate location

* Manage inventory and support needs for existing computers, equipment, and other hardware

* Educate team members and client son procedures for resolving or preventing recurrence of technical problems

* Preform scheduled maintenance on computer systems to ensure efficient operations

* Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware

* Support supervisor in maintaining a working log detailing all required systems updates

* Use ticketing system to track and solve problem areas

* Other duties as assigned by supervisor

**Requirements:**

* ALL STAFF ARE REQUIRED TO BE FULLY VACCINATED AGAINST COVID 19

* Must have a valid drivers license with reliable transportation

* High School Diploma / GED or CompTIA A Required

* Previous experience in IT support Required
