Where do you fit?

To be a successful Child Care Worker you must become able to do the following always:

1. Ensure a trauma informed focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for staff and those served through knowledge, sensitivity, respect, and a focus on resilience and recovery.
2. Monitor the KidZone to maintain client safety in day services.
3. Monitor and document client arrival and departure. Ensure safe, age-appropriate learning and activities for clients. Communicate with Permanency Services Teams to coordinate medication administration and pick-up. Assist in monitoring the transportation department.
4. Maintain client medication and attendance logs and safety sheets monthly for a report.
5. Organize and maintain activities, supplies, and video equipment. Make sure documentation forms are up to date and placed in the sign-in and out areas. Responsible for organization of supplies and cleanliness in the KidZone.
6. Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Company’s Program Practice Guidelines.
