We are seeking a Life Coach (PRN as needed for additional coverage - days and night shifts) to join our dynamic team in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

• Provide overnight supervision and support to young adult students.
• Provide 1:1 support if a student needs to talk.
• Contact the on call staff if there is a crisis or extra guidance is needed.
• Work with program and clinical team to understand individual students treatment plan and program expectations.
• Participate and direct daily program components including supervising daily living tasks and holding boundaries around program expectations.
• Provide supervision, leadership, and role modeling for students.

• Minimum two years' experience working with young aduts preferred
• CPR/First Aid Certificate
• Oregon Food Handler's Card
• Valid driver's license, 3 years driving experience with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a state background check
