Job Title Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Type: Full-time

Reports to: Clinical Director

Summary/Objective:

Beyond Autism Services is looking to hire enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Beyond Autism Services is a collaborative organization that provides quality services, including ABA, Speech and Occupational Therapy, to children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and supervise individualized ABA programs for clients in the home, clinic and community settings.
  • Collaborate with other BCBA's and Related Services professionals.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of behavior technicians.
  • Review all session notes and data taken by RBT's to monitor client progress and RBT proficiency.
  • Provide parent training.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and respond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with parents, team members, and professionals to ensure optimal client progress and outcomes.
  • Participate in weekly multi-disciplinary team meetings.
  • Supervise RBT's and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB.
  • Teach, learn and play with our clients to help them reach their highest potential.
  • Accurately record treatment data.
  • Engage in and ensure client safety.
  • Always maintain confidentiality of all clients as well as a professional conduct.
  • Communicate and work collaboratively with the Beyond team.

Requirements:

Required education and experience

  • Master’s Degree in behavior analysis or related field
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Must hold a license as a behavior specialist for the state of PA.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and satisfactory driving record.
  • Able to hold, transport and use quick movements as outlined in the behavior intervention plan when working with challenging clients (will be trained).
  • Strong Communication skills, highly organized, adaptable and a team player yet able to work independently with clients.
  • Currently have or able to obtain all necessary clearances.
  • A minimum of three year’s experience working with a variety of ages with developmental disabilities and ASD.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate an ability to maintain confidential records and reliably develop timely correspondence related to work according to agency standards.

  • Accrual of 2-weeks of Paid Time off, of which up to 40 hours can roll-over every year. (All PTO is required to be taken in ½ day or full day increments)
