Elle Seller we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry Customer Service representative. As a Data Entry Customer Service representative, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database, in addition to providing exceptional customer service.

$700 - $1200 /week

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry of customer information into our database
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and promotions
• Ensure all customer issues are resolved promptly and to their satisfaction
• Generate reports and maintain documentation regarding customer interactions
• Assist with order processing and billing inquiries
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
