Essential Functions:

1. Exemplifies and is an effective ambassador of the "Simple Truth" policy

2. Greets members
3. Assists members with food & beverage selections; makes recommendations.
4. Informs and presents members of current and or weekly specials.
5. Serves food & beverage items to members.
6. Responsible for ensuring that alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21.
7. Recognizes and resolves member concerns and facilitates to management
8. Maintains food & beverage quality and service standards
9. Performs opening and closing procedures; contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of facility.
10. Ensures a memorable experience for each member.
11. Performs special projects delegated by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1 to 2 years serving experience; excellent people and communication skills. Proven experience serving food and beverages and demonstrated outstanding customer service. Must possess willingness to learn and perform new food and beverage programs and services. Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation. Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekend work required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
