The Eliot Center is seeking an experienced Clinician (LICSW/LMHC preferred) to provide treatment services to children, adolescents, adults & elders through a contract with the Town of Concord. Position is responsible for triaging referrals, providing an array of trauma informed & strengths-based treatment services, collaborating with the Town's Department of Public Health, Police Department, schools & other collaterals. Ideal candidate is creative & passionate about working with clients across the lifespan and wants to be part of a new initiative by the Town to support the mental health needs of the community. Full time, salaried position, excellent benefits package & reimbursement for continuing education courses.

Position is based full time at Eliot's outpatient clinic in Concord & requires some flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the population. Ideal candidate is creative & passionate about ensuring mental health services are available to individuals and families in need. Knowledge of various insurance regulations, as well as a demonstrated expertise working with children, adolescents, adults and families across the diagnostic spectrum. Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team and maintain collaborative relationships with Clinic staff, outside agencies, and other providers. Excellent written and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

* Triage referrals and provide diagnostic evaluation and treatment services to clients utilizing various evidenced based interventions which best address specific problem areas; displays good judgment; and in collaboration with clients, formulates & implements focused treatment plans.

* Create safety plans when indicated and provide crisis intervention services.

* Maintain effective collaborative relationships with staff in order to ensure good communication for the coordination of clinical services and office operations.

* Collaborate and coordinate care with outside providers and other collaterals.

* Maintain a caseload that meets Clinic productivity expectations.

* Provide appropriate and on-going documentation.

* Provide staff orientation and training to program requirements, policies and procedures.

Salary: Starting at 70k. Experience and license considered.

Location: Concord, MA. Travel locally if needed.

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week, some flexibility to work evenings.

6% bilingual salary increase if fluent in the needed language capacity.
