Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking for a Mid-level Network Engineer to join their team.

Pay Rate: $40.00 - $43.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Responsibilities of the Mid-level Network Engineer: - Repair technology services and ensure optimal performance of all devices
- Utilize a ticketing system to track all deployments, document devices, and manage service requests efficiently
- Configure technology devices according to client standards
- Assist in the decommissioning and surplus of technology devices
- Ensure secure and environmentally friendly disposal practices
- Support inventory procedures and audits to maintain accurate records of all technology assets
- Install lightweight Access Points and other network devices, which may involve working overhead and on ladders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to users, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements of the Mid-level Network Engineer: - An Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 3 years of technology support experience
- At least 1 year of experience in technology device repair and support
- Experience with the installation of network equipment and applications
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing network equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comprehensive understanding of productivity software and applications
- Knowledge of local area networks (LAN) and network management
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
