Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking for a Mid-level Network Engineer to join their team.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay Rate: $40.00 - $43.00/hr on W2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Responsibilities of the Mid-level Network Engineer:

• Repair technology services and ensure optimal performance of all devices
• Utilize a ticketing system to track all deployments, document devices, and manage service requests efficiently
• Configure technology devices according to client standards
• Assist in the decommissioning and surplus of technology devices
• Ensure secure and environmentally friendly disposal practices
• Support inventory procedures and audits to maintain accurate records of all technology assets
• Install lightweight Access Points and other network devices, which may involve working overhead and on ladders
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to users, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner

Requirements of the Mid-level Network Engineer:

• An Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 3 years of technology support experience
• At least 1 year of experience in technology device repair and support
• Experience with the installation of network equipment and applications
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing network equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comprehensive understanding of productivity software and applications
• Knowledge of local area networks (LAN) and network management
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
