What will I do?
- Show all available apartments/homes, greet, and qualify prospects, follow up on all prospective residents, and market the community to prospects via telephone, email, text, internet, and social media/networking programs.
- Process all required administrative forms, leases, prospect applications, and related information.
- Explain lease documents to new and existing residents and provide thoughtful answers to questions that may arise.
- Provide quality customer service to residents before, during, and after they lease an apartment/home.
- Maintain on-going resident retention programs, including participation in resident events and activities.
- Conduct general housekeeping of the office, amenity areas, model apartments/homes, and community.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- A minimum of two years of previous experience in a multi-family Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager role is required.
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP), or Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) license is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is
