Apex is seeking an experienced Coax Splicer that is proficient in inside plant splicing.

***WE WILL PROVIDE LODGING IF TRAVELING FOR WORK***

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment repair and maintenance for coax cables and related components.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair low voltage electrical systems
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform splicing and termination tasks.
• Conduct testing and analysis to ensure proper functioning of all connections.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with fiber optic cables.
• Must be familiar with inside plant splicing
• Ability to read and understand design prints

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience splicing coax
• Have knowledge of telecommunications network structure
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Basic PC software skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, AutoCAD Map Viewer.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment required for the job in a safe manner
• Must be punctual, responsible and well organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
