Aegis Health & Rehabilitation, a distinguished leader in the long-term care industry, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team in Wildwood, As an LPN at Aegis Health & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. We are currently looking Full time or Part time LPN's for 12-hour shifts from 7:00 to 7:30.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess and address the healthcare needs of residents.
• Monitor and document changes in patients' conditions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Day in the Life of an LPN:

• Work 12-hour shifts, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
• Provide exceptional nursing care to residents with dedication and compassion.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and individualized care.
• Uphold the reputation of Aegis Health & Rehabilitation as the preferred source for skilled nursing and long-term care in the community.

Shift Differential:

• Overnight Shift Differential: $3.00 per hour

• Competitive Base Pay- LPN pay is now structured based on experience levels, starting at $30.00 an hour and increasing by $0.20 per year of experience, up to a maximum of 10 years.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of MO
• Previous experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Reliable transportation.
