WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As a Senior Reporting Accountant, you should have strong GAAP knowledge framework, will be responsible for month-end close procedures, maintaining general ledger, the reconciliation of account balances, bank statements and credit card statements, reviewing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable subledgers. You should have a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Month-end Close and Financial Reporting
  •  Lead month-end close procedures and perform key closing tasks.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  •  Provide accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and relevant regulatory requirements.
General Ledger Management
  • Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts.
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Review journal entries and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Tax Compliance
  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings, including corporate income tax returns and sales tax returns.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  •  Work with external tax advisors as needed to address complex tax issues.
Financial Analysis
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Audit Support
  •  Coordinate with external auditors during annual financial audits.
  • Provide support and documentation as needed to ensure a smooth audit process.
  •  Implement audit recommendations and internal controls to strengthen financial procedures.
Consolidation Reporting
  •  Monitor intercompany transactions.
  • Reconcile intercompany activities and settlements.
  • Provide consolidated report for the enterprise.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA preferred. 
  • 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
SALARY
 $100-$110k a year
SCHEDULE 
 Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (Hybrid)
