We are seeking a Manager to join the Private Client Services Assurance practice in our Minneapolis office. Identify potential opportunities for new and/or expanded client services. Research and consult on various accounting matters; ability to prepare technical memos or respond to authority inquiries when requested. Responsible for training, supervising and ongoing development of associates and seniors Ability to lead and manage engagements, including budgeting, billing and engagement economics Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field 5 years of progressive assurance experience CPA Experienced in U.S. GAAP for financial reporting and other comprehensive bases of accounting.
