Position: General Laborer with Heavy Machinery and Excavator Skills

Location: Galion OH and Local Job sites within 50 miles

Hourly Rate: $12-$18 per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Laborer or Individual willing to learn-Bonus if you have experience in operating heavy machinery but not required!! As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction and excavation tasks while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities: Operate and maintain heavy machinery and excavators or assist others in=n doing so that it is done efficiently and safely. Assist with excavation, digging, and grading operations as directed by the supervisor. Transport materials, equipment, and tools to and from job sites using appropriate machinery or be able to lift at minimum 50 pounds. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure proper functioning. Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times to prevent accidents and injuries. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks within deadlines and according to specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe and productive environment. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and address any concerns or issues.

Requirements: Previous experience operating heavy machinery and excavators preferred but not needed. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and operate machinery for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and focus on safety. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. More than anything a positive attitude & readiness to work and learn!
