HVAC Technician Tampa Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 to $40.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)

Install, maintain, and repair indoor air quality systems, such as air conditioners. This may include performing warranty services and emergency repairs, as well as assisting customers with queries.

• Possess strong knowledge of the tools and techniques used to maintain, diagnose problems, and repair HVAC/R and associated electrical systems.
• Demonstrate proficiency in refrigeration, electrical, and microprocessor control systems.
• Calibrate and test thermostats and DDC controls.
• Read and comprehend blueprints and schematics, interpret diagrams, drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Conduct combustion analysis on gas-fired equipment.
• Execute the evacuation, recovery, and charging of refrigerants.
• Safely operate scissors/power lifts and utilize hand and power tools.

HVAC Technician Tampa Qualifications:

• Over 1 year of consistent experience as a HVAC Technician.
• Ability to work at heights and on ladders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency with computers. Strong organizational skills. Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles.
• A detailed and consistent resume is required.
