Job Description

Tax Resolution Law Firm is seeking an Attorney, CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent with problem solving experience, a personable demeanor and extremely organized. Must be a Licensed Attorney, Licensed CPA or Certified IRS Enrolled Agent.

Tax Professional duties include:

· Managing Client Files (individuals and businesses)

· Conducting phone & face-to-face interviews with clients to gather information necessary for tax problem resolution

· Preparing complete and accurate analysis' of client's tax problems

· Completing financial statements to determine client's best resolution to problem

· Negotiating with IRS and Departments of Revenue to best resolution of tax problems

Required Skills & Experience:

· IRS Enrolled Agent Certification, Licensed Attorney or CPA

· Helpful to have experience in and/or enjoy accounting, finance, or tax

· Highly Organized

· Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing

- Ability to utilize tax resolution software and Client Management Systems

Preferred Skills & Experience:

· Some Experience in Tax Resolution

· Organized and Detailed Oriented

· Patient and Effective Communication Skills

Full-Time Salaried Position

Salary based on Skill level and specific certification or license
