Easton Electronics, the leading provider of fire protection services for over 35 years, is seeking a customer care and inspections support specialist to join our rapidly growing team. Duties include:

• Answering and rerouting service calls via telephone and email
• Entering pending service calls into database
• Compiling Fire Safety test reports and uploading into the client portal
• Supporting daily service operations
• Representing the company in a professional manner and managing and maintaining customer relationships through prompt, clear and consistent communication.

Candidates should be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook. Experience in the fire protection service industry is a definite plus.
