East West’s New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineering group is a catalyst for growth by working hand in hand with customers, our Asian manufacturing facilities, and third-party suppliers to bring customers’ new products into production. This role may lead projects as an individual or may be a member of a larger project team. They will work closely with our customers and our offshore teams to see their projects through our NPI process, focusing on working to incorporate design for manufacturing improvements, develop testing and validation plans and procedures, and optimize product costing and supply chain efficiencies.
