We are seeking Youth Workers that want to have a positive impact on the community by changing lives of boys ages 8 to 17. We implement a holistic program approach to caring for youth that inspires them to be successful. As a part of the group home team you will provide care to youth placed in the home, document daily activities, use a case management system, organize activities, and provide supervision of group home residents. QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree preferred or a minimum high school diploma
• 1-2 years of youth care experience preferred
• 1-2 years of case management skills preferred
• 2-3 years of residential youth care experience, including de-escalation training, establish limits and boundaries, plan & execute educational, social & recreational activities, and critical thinking
• At least 21 years old
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license or obtain one within 30 days from start date of employment, have a clean driving record and be insurable per our corporate drivers insurance policy and pass MBI, FBI and any other required background check
• Be empathetic and have a team approach to care for the residents in our care
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
