ABOUT THE POSITION

Manager of FP&A will report into the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis. The role will oversee the process of budgeting, forecasting and analysis in order to strategically support senior management decision-making for multiple sites and business units. Manage short and long-term financial forecasts, capital budgeting and a wide range of financially-oriented tasks. Coordinate with the site and department owners continuously for site initiatives and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial staff and processes, including monthly and weekly operating reports
• Manage department and site forecast and budget process
• Manage capital expenditure
• Variance analysis reporting
• Monthly balance sheet and cash flow reporting
• Ad hoc site and department spend requests
• Research & Development forecasts, budgets and variance analysis reporting
• Ad hoc requests from CFO and VP of Financial Planning & Analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, finance, or other business related emphasis required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Prior experience successfully managing staff strongly desired
• Strong, influential leader with ability to move projects forward independently and through subordinates
• Strong in timely execution of tasks
• Able to work well and deal effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong PC and analytical skills
