What you can expect to do:

• Collection of open accounts receivable within the area of responsibility to meet or exceed corporate goals and specified metrics.
• Identify disputed invoices and short payments promptly and communicate to respective branches for resolution.
• Evaluate, recommend and communicate credit holds to branch associates and customers when necessary
• Maintain account portfolio and manage to company expectations and metrics.
• Review credit limits in order to establish if the limits need to be changed.

Skills we are seeking:

• (S) Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel).
• (K) GetPaid knowledge desirable
• (S) Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• (S) Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• (S) Experience handling mass volume high monetary accounts.
• (A) Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• (A) Maintain a professional demeanor with co-workers and customers
• (S) Quick learner
• (A) Ability to work independently with little supervision

Education and Experience

• High School graduation or equivalent is required. 
• Minimum 2 years of B2B construction collections experience.
