Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Geotechnical Project Manager to join our team in Durango, Colorado. This position offers relocation assistance and focuses on projects within the local area, with no regular travel outside the immediate vicinity. This role will involve substantial fieldwork, requiring a candidate who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and enjoys being hands-on. The ideal candidate will have the potential to grow into a management role in the future.
Salary: Base salary starting around $100,000-$110,000 profit-sharing bonuses full benefits package
Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
• Engineers-in-Training (EIT) close to obtaining their PE may be considered
• 5 years of geotechnical/geotech experience
• Experience in a rural setting is highly desirable
• Familiarity with the Rocky Mountain region is a plus

• Conduct geotechnical field investigations and site inspections
