Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the business, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and stay updated on competitors' activities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service management or hospitality management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff
