Siemens is looking for a passionate and experienced digital product management leader to join the Brightly team. This position will work directly with the head of product and will have responsibility for driving our data, analytics and machine learning strategy . You will set our strategic direction for our own internal data strategies, and its monetization through product strategy . The successful applicant will augment our existing team of data-scientists and experts integrating and lead them in weaving their strategy across our entire business . Key Responsibilities
Product Vision and Strategy Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals. Oversee ing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch to post-launch analysis and iteration.
Market Research and Analysis Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Roadmap Planning Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product’s evolution and aligns with business objectives .
Stakeholder Alignment Ensure alignment with key stakeholders including executives, sales, marketing, and customer support.
Go-to-Market Strategies Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and pricing.
Customer Engagement Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product improvement.
Innovation Encourage and facilitate innovation within the product team to keep the product competitive and forward-thinking.
The ideal candidate has
  • A b achelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Data Science, Business, or related field
  • Multiple years of product management experience, with a focus on data and analytics in a SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive vision and consensus among diverse teams
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies

The pay range for this position is and the annual incentive target is of the base salary.
