Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teachers to deliver effective instruction in a dual language immersion setting.
Assist in the implementation of instructional plans and activities that promote language development and academic growth.
Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives and enhance language skills.
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that celebrates cultural diversity and encourages language use.
Provide feedback and reinforcement to students to encourage their language proficiency and academic progress.
Assist in the preparation and organization of instructional materials, resources, and technology for lessons.
Monitor and supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and outdoor times.
Support classroom management by promoting positive behavior and resolving conflicts using appropriate strategies.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual proficiency in both English and the target language of the dual language immersion program.
Experience working with children or in an educational setting, preferably in a dual language immersion program.
Familiarity with language acquisition strategies and bilingual education methodologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment.
Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
