Work directly with our customer’s and develop and sustain close Customer relationships through order fulfilment cycle. We are committed to equal employment opportunities and value diversity in the workplace.Your key responsibilitiesManage and take ownership of customer accounts through the order fulfillment cycle.Receive/process purchase orders, confirm pricing, inventory, shipping information and generate invoices.Work closely with clients to obtain client forecast and attend Demand Planning Reviews.Process customer complaints/inquiries related to returns, credit requests and non-conformances.
