Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. This is a critical role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access or activities
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and employees with inquiries or concerns
- Conduct regular security checks to ensure the premises are secure
- Operate CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and safety
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
Experience:
- Previous experience in security is preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
