IT Project/Change Manager

Large Banking Client

Duration: 12-18 months

Location: Charlotte, NC / Richmond, VA / Kennesaw, GA or Atlanta, GA -

Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 Remote

1. PM experience in financial/banking Industry
2. Confluence
3. Experience or least knowledge of change management at an enterprise level
4. Experience running meetings/creating decks/coordinating meetings
5. Experience working with IT Teams/Applications/etc.

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:

• Strong Project Management experience including stakeholder analysis and communication planning

• Strong ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and generate solutions

• Promotes collaboration across the organization

• Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery (Kick Offs, Status Reviews, Stakeholder meeting. etc.)

• Plan and execute communication strategies to ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout the change process.

• Develop and implement training strategies to support the adoption of new technologies and processes.

• Conduct business analysis and engagement to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Create and Deliver compelling presentations to leadership and executives, effectively communicating the value proposition of proposed changes.

• Plan an coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams

• Deep understanding of of Software Development Lifecycle inclusive of Plan Build, Test, Deploy

• Executes within Enterprise Change Management processes and guidelines

• Create metrics and report on change management activities

• Advance Experienced in excel creating pivoted tables, VLOOKUP's etc. with large data sets

• Experience coordinating tracking problems and communicating solutions

• Able to provide guidance to mid-level and junior-level resources, assist Leads and Managers, executive level presence and able to contribute to innovative ideas, etc.

• Horizontally support technology projects across LOB holistically
