Ascent is a one-day leadership training program featuring interactive activities that focus on students’ personalities, interpersonal skills, and opportunities for growth. DOZ staff members are not just coworkers — they’re a family, and we’ve designed this leadership program to help students unlock their potential and begin their own group of professional colleagues.
