Responsibilities:
- Be the driving force behind the successful execution of assigned projects, infusing each step with energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence.
- Champion safety on-site, ensuring that all team members follow safety protocols and creating a work environment where safety is paramount.
- Master the art of schedule management, coordinating and optimizing activities to ensure on-time project delivery. Experience with P6 is a plus.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, managing their activities and driving collaboration to achieve seamless project coordination and successful outcomes.
- Navigate the financial aspects of the project, monitoring costs, and implementing cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the pre-construction team, bringing your creative insights and expertise to the table to enhance project planning and preparation.
- 3 years of field operations experience, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A steadfast commitment to safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
- A can-do attitude, a sense of adventure, and an unwavering belief in your ability to make a difference in the construction world.
