As the environmental services director, you will:
- oversee housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance services and employees
- implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program
- ensure facility adheres to state and federal regulations
Required Qualifications:
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- thorough knowledge of boilers, compressors and generators, as well as the various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- ability to read and interpret blue prints, have comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and ordinances and safety regulations
- ability to plan and carry out programs in repair or construction, and have knowledge of record keeping and cost estimating
Preferred Skills:
- previous experience in long-term care
- technical degree in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related field
