Job Description:
As a Mixer Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining mixing equipment in our bread manufacturing facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Operate mixing equipment to prepare dough according to recipes and production schedules.
- Monitor ingredient levels and make adjustments as necessary to ensure accurate measurements.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the mixing area and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on mixing equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or similar role in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
- Knowledge of mixing equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
