Responsibilities:

• Assist and support customers, addressing their needs and inquiries.
• Provide accurate check out services for customers using computerized cash register system, handling, and counting money.
• Performs a cash audit of the contents in assigned cash drawer.
• Resolves service and product related customer service issues.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Maintains a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, observing company dress code.
• Performs work with due regard for the safety of self and fellow employees by following Dole safety techniques. Exercises proper care and protection of company property.
• Performs other work as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience is preferred.
• Fluency in Japanese is required.
• Strong customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
• Proficiency in basic math for processing transactions and calculating discounts or promotions.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• Ability to effectively sell products and communicate information to customers.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales goals.
