We are seeking Documentation Specialists to work 7:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, and 7:00am-11:00am on Friday. What a Documentation Specialist will do:

1. Scan documents
2. Upload documents into the system
3. Enter the start and completion dates of training records
4. Decipher the training needs to be reoccurring

What you need to be a Documentation Specialist:

1. Strong attention to detail
2. Previous data entry skills
3. Previous experience with Access Database is a plus
4. Ability to sit for long periods, scan documents, and upload into the system
