Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Ability to read tape measure, identify parts/materials
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and costs preferred
• Ability to operate sander (wet and dry), grinder, pressurized paint gun(s)
• Familiarity with Bondo, one-stage paint, power tools preferred but not required
• Must pass Respirator Fit Test and wear N95 respirator while working
• Must be able to tolerate working with strong smells, dust, and hazardous chemicals
• Forklift training available upon hire
• Uphold all TOSHA and OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above

Details:

• Full-Time; Weekdays (6:00am – 2:30pm)
• Hourly rate depending on skills/experience; pay matrix and bonus structure in place
• Base pay may be accompanied by company incentives and raises based on years of service, performance reviews, and safety compliance
