DLZ Corporation has Driller Helper opportunities in Bridgeville, PA .

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform work tasks as designated by the Driller to complete work assignments in an effective and efficient manner.
• Assist the Driller in operating drill rigs become familiar with basic auguring and sampling procedures.
• When working on or around drill rigs or drilling equipment, work safely as outlined by the Drilling Safety Guide established by the National Drilling Federation.
• Travel to project site(s), work and stay out-of-town when required.
• Turn in department of transportation daily driver's log sheets, (vehicle gas and mileage sheets, oil or repair sheets, if applicable) on a weekly basis.
• Perform some limited maintenance on equipment or vehicles under the guidance of a Driller or Shop Mechanic.
• Complete building and yard maintenance as needed.
• Perform all work in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with the Health and Safety Plan.
• Possess aptitude to act as a positive representative of the company and its core values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, background and driving record check.
• Class A CDL license & 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response training (HAZWOPER) preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift 75lbs
• Able to perform manual labor in inclement weather conditions.
• Ability to travel and stay out-of-town as required
• Perform all work in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with DLZ's Health and Safety Plan.
