Job Description
Our client seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team!
The Mechanical Engineer position is a full-time, direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $100,000 per year, depending on your experience. You will work Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm with the potential to move into a hybrid schedule.
Some of your responsibilities as a Senior Mechanical Engineer includes providing technical-level expertise as well as:
- Completing design in accordance with standards, codes, and project requirements
- Meeting project deadlines
- Delegating tasks to Engineers
- Mentoring engineers
- Marketing directly to clients
- Producing new projects
- Conducting code review and code compliance checks
- Assisting with design and construction issues
- Assisting PM with construction administration
- Recruiting
- Other duties as assigned
To qualify for the Senior Mechanical Engineer position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of five (5) years of related experience as well as:
- P.E. license preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
