Temple University is Hiring a Hybrid SR PROJECT MANAGER Near Philadelphia, PA
Leads a project team in the development and implementation of assigned complex IT projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings. Adheres to all protocols and SLAs related to project tracking and analysis. Creates and maintains an IT project plan that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation adhering to change management protocols to keep project on budget and scope. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and deliverables. Provides high level technical and analytical guidance to project team to ensure all processes are carried out to plan. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Ensures documentation is prepared and maintained. May also be assigned to lead or coordinate other department initiatives (IT department's regulatory compliance and preparedness efforts, liaison support for both internal and external audits, development of IT-related policies and procedures by appropriate IT staff). Education Bachelors Degree (Required) Masters Degree (Preferred) Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience 5 Years experience and working knowledge of health system administrative and clinical applications (Required) 5 Years experience in a healthcare/hospital environment (Required) 5 Years working in a project management environment (Required) General Experience and knowledge of health care information technology (Required) License/Certifications PMP - Project Management Prof (Required) Your Tomorrow is Here!
