Requirements
Essential Job Functions
  • Managing existing customers on a routine scheduled basis in order to promote the company brand and services and be an extension of the service and operations team.
  • Scheduled client visits as determined necessary by branch leadership.
  • The sales goal is to drive additional service revenue into our existing account base and grow existing accounts from within.
  • Maintain a minimum margin contribution rate annually via upselling opportunities to existing clients. A higher margin contribution rate may be assigned to you by branch leadership.
  • Event participation as requested for BOMA, IFMA, other related marketing activities
  • Creating and presenting proposals for transactional work with the assigned book of business with follow up on key service dates
  • Work with the service team to convey updated job information is conveyed to the CSR's.
  • Responsible for existing client relationships and communicating with the Business Development Rep of Record to best service the customer's needs
  • Performing pre-walk-throughs of all jobs of significance
  • Passing leads for new customer opportunities to the Business Development Manager in that branch
  • Updating CRM and reporting databases to document relevant details of client meetings
  • Verify quality of work executed and notify the supervisor of any opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate collaboratively with all teams to help promote other company brands
  • Attend a minimum of 10 hours of industry related training classes annually
  • Participation in all formal and informal company or departmental meetings
  • Other activities directly relating to the advancement of the company in the marketplace
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Three (3) to Five (5) years experience in Facility and/or Property Management Industry or minimum of 3 years field operations or account management experience in the commercial cleaning industry.
  • High School degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
  • Experience working with CRM, Zoho experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in the English language
Working Conditions
This job operates in a clerical office and field setting with frequent travel within the day for face-to-face meetings with clients and other business partners. Overnight travel may be required.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to communicate effectively with employees and/or other clients; manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects, and operating office equipment. This job may include some lifting up to 25lbs. and other physical labor of moving hardware/equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle and feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
